SECTION D - EXHIBITOR MOVE IN AND MOVE OUT
***please note, all exhibitors will receive a package in the mail in January with the details on your specific move in date and time as well as your specific move out date and time.****
Booths that are located in front of or close to move in/out doors or a show feature must strictly adhere to their allotted move in/out time slot.

ALL EXHIBITORS IN HALLS B & C (and some in Hall D & the Industry Building) MUST MOVE OUT COMPLETELY BY 11:59PM ON SUNDAY MARCH 24TH. PLEASE NOTE, SOME BOOTHS THAT ARE BLOCKING ROLL UP DOORS WILL BE REQUIRED TO MOVE OUT WITHIN THE FIRST HOUR OF MOVE OUT.
