How do I purchase tickets?
You can avoid the line-up and purchase your tickets online (using your Visa or MasterCard) or you can buy your tickets at one of the box offices set-up outside the show entrance.

I’m unable to find my tickets!
You may have your ticket confirmation email resent to you by visiting the following link: https://www.microspec.com/tix123/Resend.cfm

Am I able to return another day if I want to purchase something I saw at the show?
You can check with the exhibitor if they can offer you an exhibitor guest tickets.

Is food available at the venue?
Yes, the visitors at the show can visit the Food Court which offers hot and cold meals and snacks. Visitors can also visit Pizza Pizza for a hot & delicious slice of their favourite pizza.

Are there ATM’s on site?
Yes, there are ATM’s throughout the show floor.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the facility is fully wheelchair accessible.

Are wheelchairs available to borrow?
Yes, there is a limited quantity available at the Show Office on a first-come basis. We will require a valid driver’s license in exchange for a wheelchair.

Is there childcare at the show?
Yes, childcare is available at the show in room A1 compliments of Teletime.

How can I find a particular exhibitor at the show?
The show website has an Exhibitor List. Click here to view.

Is reserved seating available to see the celebrities at the show?
No, the seating for celebrity performances is included in the price of your admission ticket and is available on a first-come basis.

Can I bring my pet?
Service animals are welcome. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.

Is there valet parking available?
Yes, on weekends 1 hour before and after the show for $30.
